S Select
The base model of the CX-50 provides 187 horsepower and 185 pound-feet of torque. The S Select features the Mazda Intelligent Drive Select system with Sport and Off-Road modes as well as a six-speed automatic transmission with manual shifting mode. This small SUV can tow up to 2,000 pounds. Standard tech in the CX-50 includes wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 10.25-inch touchscreen display, Amazon Alexa voice commands, and an eight-speaker audio system.

The top three CX-50 models have a 227-hp turbocharged engine that gets 310 pound-feet of torque. Using 93 octane premium fuel gives you even more power and torque.
Turbo trims also add paddle shifters and a Towing mode that increases towing capacity to 3,500 pounds. You’ll have a built-in navigation system that includes off-roading support. The Meridian Edition comes with adaptive front lighting, side rocker garnish, all-terrain tires, and Meridian hood graphics. The interior includes a heated steering wheel.
